Filter replacement price increase
Originally when I purchased this system (last year) it was indicated that the filter replacements will be $99.00 per year and I just received an email indicating that I have a $20.00 discount, leading me to believe that the cost would be $79.00 only to click the link and see that the price has been increased $20.00. Why did the price increase by $20.00?
We recently had to increase the price by $20 as we had not increased the price since 2009 even though our costs have continually increased. In order to shield our previous customers from the increase, we created a $20 discount for those who replace their filters on schedule. Thank you for understanding.Reply
